The Tuckahoe Tiger Youth Cheer Program is dedicated to providing grade school athletes with an inclusive athletic experience, fostering fundamental cheerleading skills in a safe environment. Our teams proudly cheer at football games, showcase their talent at local competitions and community events, and continuously strengthen their athletic abilities. Serving as a feeder program for our local high schools, we instill values such as commitment, hard work, integrity, leadership, self-confidence, positivity, and a deep passion for the sport in our athletes.
Our cheerleaders will learn cheers, chants, jumps, dances, stunts and tumbling. A choreographed routine will be performed during football games in the fall, cheerleading competitions in the winter and a variety of special events throughout the season.
Commitment is essential in cheerleading. Regular attendance at practices, games, and competitions is crucial for developing core skills, ensuring safety, and maintaining consistency. Our program's success derives from the support provided by our dedicated coaches, cheerleaders, parents, and the broader community. Together, we create an environment where passion and dedication thrive, propelling our team to greater heights.
